• Lead and cultivate the Delivery Team to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve the learning experience.

• Oversee scheduling, effectiveness evaluations, and delivery strategies for training materials.

• Supervise the daily responsibilities and activities of the Delivery Team.

• Research and incorporate new technologies to enhance the delivery of learning.

• View challenges as opportunities for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Preferred experience includes supervisory/management roles and three to five years in learning.

• Experience in supervisory/management within THD Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.

• Proven ability to utilize emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital learning platforms) to enhance learning delivery, optimize operations, or improve the associate experience.

• Demonstrated history of solution-focused thinking — recognizing opportunities within challenges and implementing innovative, practical solutions that align with business goals.

• An adaptable mindset with a readiness to question the status quo and promote continuous improvement in learning practices and delivery methods.

• Must successfully clear a Drug Test.

• Must pass a Background Check.

• Must complete a pre-employment test if required.
