This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and implement enterprise learning and capability solutions for client transformation initiatives.
• Develop role-specific learning journeys, competency frameworks, assessments, and curriculum structures.
• Create learning methodologies that encompass formal education, on-the-job reinforcement, coaching, and performance support.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and consulting teams to ensure capability solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and workforce results.
• Utilize robust instructional design principles, incorporating clear learning goals, assessment tactics, and evaluation techniques.
• Create scalable, reusable tools, templates, and content frameworks that enhance consistency and quality across various projects.
• Assist in pilot launches, implementation strategies, and ongoing enhancement of capability programs.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact, and leverage insights to refine solutions.
• Extensive expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, and capability development.
• Proven history of delivering high-quality results in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience in learning and development, instructional design, capability building, or organizational development.
• Strong foundation in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and learning evaluation methods.
• Experience in designing and executing enterprise-level capability programs.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in consulting, transformation, or client-facing roles (preferred).
• Interest or experience in behavior change, leadership development, or organizational psychology (advantageous).
