• Conduct Optimization Needs Assessments for Designated Functions

• Facilitate the implementation of learning optimization strategies

• Oversee comprehensive project management encompassing design, development, and deployment

• Gather, examine, and interpret learning metrics

• Serve as a trusted advisor to designated business sectors

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred

• Over 7 years of experience in learning and development

• At least 3 years of experience in project leadership

• Strong business insight

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles
