📋 Description

• Create and implement learning experiences in various formats, such as eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, learner workbooks, job aids, quick-reference guides, and knowledge assessments.

• Develop scalable, agent-focused training materials utilizing tools like Articulate 360, Canva, Google Suite, and Confluence while applying adult learning principles that promote measurable behavioral changes.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts from Operations, Product, Underwriting, Service, and Sales to gather insights, confirm content accuracy, and simplify complex concepts into actionable guidance.

• Oversee the organization, accuracy, and governance of Kin’s operational knowledge base, including content standards, tagging systems, audits, and version control methods.

• Quickly revise and update learning materials in response to process enhancements, product introductions, regulatory changes, or system updates while ensuring high quality and consistency.

• Develop operational communication materials such as announcements, reinforcement resources, quick-start guides, and leader talking points to facilitate the successful launch and adoption of new initiatives.

• Monitor knowledge base health metrics and learner engagement data to discover opportunities for content enhancement and operational efficiencies.

• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publishing processes across training and communication materials.

• Maintain reusable templates, style guides, and scalable content elements that enhance development speed and consistency within the Operations Training team.

• Incorporate generative AI tools into content development processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and speed while preserving content quality and learner experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related learning and development position.

• 1-2 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, and knowledge strategy.

• Familiarity with creating training or content for a sales/service insurance context; direct sales or servicing experience is not mandatory.

• Practical experience in developing eLearning content using Articulate Rise or a comparable authoring platform, with the capability to work independently.

• Experience in designing instructional content across various modalities, including virtual instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and microlearning resources.

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to distill complex operational concepts into clear, straightforward guidance for frontline teams.

• Relevant knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting timelines and stakeholder groups while upholding quality and responsiveness.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to content accuracy, organization, and consistency.
