Quality Control and Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Perform regular quality assessments of support agents

• Facilitate individual sessions with agents

• Assist in the onboarding process for new agents

• Conduct frequent knowledge evaluations

• Examine customer complaints and feedback

• Engage in projects aimed at optimizing customer service processes

• Prepare routine reports on key performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a Quality role specifically within the iGaming sector

• Native proficiency in Ukrainian, with English at B1-B2 level

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Objectivity in performance evaluations

• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing individuals

• Preferred: Turkish language skills at B1+ level

• Experience in implementing or enhancing QA processes

• Basic knowledge of instructional design or training program development

• Experience working across various geographical locations
