Learning and Development Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage with Campus Manager Trainees on a daily basis through email, text, and phone calls.

• Oversee the daily activities essential for the successful operation of the Campus Manager training program.

• Provide mentorship to Campus Manager Trainees to foster an entrepreneurial mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in mentoring and guiding trainees.

• Skilled in managing the daily operations of training programs.
