Professional Development – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver online facilitation services for students enrolled in the Masters of Nursing (Online) program.

• Assist students in the creation, implementation, and assessment of professional development initiatives.

• Utilize effective teaching methods and communication techniques.

• Employ preceptor, mentor, and clinical educator models to improve workforce capability and promote lifelong learning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching, research, and/or professional experience at the postgraduate level within the last decade.

• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles.

• Experience in conducting training needs analysis.

• Proficient in educational program design.

• Must be a Registered Nurse or Midwife (AHPRA registration) or a Registered Mental Health Practising Nurse with knowledge of the relevant unit content.

• Possession of a PhD and/or Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field (e.g., health-related disciplines).

• Full legal rights to work in Australia.

• An Australian Business Number (ABN), either as a sole trader or through the entity that will engage with LINC.

• Possess an empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor.

• Strong proficiency in the English language, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Access to a working laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS).

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s Learning Management System (LMS) and LINCtrac.
