This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as a strategic analytics partner, serving as a reliable consultant for both internal and external stakeholders, transforming data into actionable strategic recommendations that align with client objectives and foster business growth.
• Become a subject matter authority by developing extensive knowledge in designated therapeutic areas and enterprise accounts, linking patient engagement insights to brand goals and campaign strategies.
• Propel audience strategy and forecasting by assisting in the definition, prioritization, and forecasting of audiences to enhance campaign targeting and execution across various disease areas.
• Aid in campaign measurement and storytelling by overseeing campaign reporting, measurement, and insights generation — crafting engaging client-facing narratives that effectively convey performance and impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to extract insights by working closely with teams from Client Experience, Data Science, Clinical, Content Strategy, Product, and other internal partners to gather, analyze, and interpret data throughout the Phreesia network.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and innovation by supporting new market development efforts, thought leadership projects, process optimization initiatives, and the formulation of innovative analytical methodologies alongside Analytics & Insights leadership.
• Generate valuable measurement materials by producing and supporting documents such as market landscape insights, media insights, ROI analyses, benchmarking reports, case studies, and audience research utilizing internal, third-party, and secondary data sources.
• Mentor and lead team members by delivering individual contributions while also managing and supporting the growth of 2–3 junior team members.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in media analytics or analytics roles, ideally within agency, consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceutical settings.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is necessary.
• Project management experience and/or the ability to lead projects from inception to completion is preferred.
