This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with external creative agencies, So Good So You’s Brand Manager, and the Social team to implement and enhance influencer initiatives as part of fully integrated, 360° marketing strategies.
• Spearhead the strategy for ongoing seeding programs and seasonal mailer initiatives, ensuring a premium experience for influencers.
• Collaborate with the Social team to monitor content and maintain consistent communication with influencer partners.
• Oversee the management and reporting of influencer relationships, guaranteeing precise record-keeping.
• Direct the paid influencer marketing program, which includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns.
• Administer the influencer budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to optimize results.
• Prepare monthly internal reports that provide insights into both organic and paid influencer activities and the overall landscape.
• Supervise contractors and agency partners who assist with influencer execution, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Take the lead on brand partnerships with confidence and independence, employing your own framework and perspective to identify, pursue, and advocate for suitable opportunities.
• Utilize your existing network and knowledge of the category to cultivate a pipeline of co-marketing partnerships with well-aligned wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands.
• Manage partnerships from inception to completion, including initial outreach, pitching, negotiation, contracting, campaign execution, and reporting.
• Build and sustain a strategic partnership pipeline, nurturing relationships to enhance long-term brand equity and visibility.
• Collaborate across Brand, Social, and Retail teams to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader marketing efforts.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and insights for the continual optimization of the partnership program.
• Remain informed about cultural trends and emerging partnership models that could create innovative opportunities for So Good So You.
• 5-7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing, preferably within the CPG, nutrition, or wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling influencer marketing programs, encompassing both paid and organic strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing brand partnerships end-to-end, including identifying opportunities, leading outreach, negotiating terms, and overseeing campaigns from execution to measurement.
• Experience in establishing or launching a partnerships function, or clear examples of successfully managing new programs with minimal structure.
• Comprehensive understanding of trends, creator economy dynamics, and platform algorithms.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Aspire, GRIN, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management for influencer and partnership agreements.
• Demonstrated experience in managing contractors, agencies, or vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking partnership KPIs, such as reach, engagement, co-brand conversion, and earned media value, along with the ability to translate these metrics into clear business impact and ROI narratives.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
