📋 Description

• Spearhead the Industrial & Employee Relations strategy for a large, intricate, and highly unionized national workforce.

• Collaborate with executives to shape and influence business strategies.

• Oversee enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy, organizational change, and high-profile workplace issues.

• Deliver trusted counsel to achieve commercial objectives while mitigating business risks.

• Handle industrial disputes and represent the organization at the Fair Work Commission.

• Impact significant business decisions and industrial strategies.

• Support the transformation of Team Global Express, an Australian-owned transport and logistics firm operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior experience in Employee Relations/Industrial Relations within a large, unionized setting.

• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise bargaining and managing complex industrial negotiations.

• Profound understanding of Australian employment and industrial relations laws.

• Proven experience in managing industrial disputes and representing organizations at the Fair Work Commission.

• Exceptional commercial judgment, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.

• Ability to navigate a large, complex, and highly unionized national workforce.

• Completion of a pre-employment criminal history check.

• Undergo a medical assessment, including fitness to work and drug & alcohol testing.
