📋 Description

• Lead the HR Services team

• Design and execute HR shared services procedures

• Generate and present regular metrics to stakeholders

• Manage HR Compliance

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in various HR functional areas

• At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or management

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capacity to lead and influence partners
