πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Align HR practices and personnel strategies with business goals and operational priorities.

β€’ Transform business challenges into effective HR solutions that promote performance and growth.

β€’ Provide coaching and guidance to managers, leaders, and business stakeholders on personnel management and workforce decisions.

β€’ Assist in talent management efforts, such as succession planning, management development, and career advancement programs.

β€’ Spearhead strategic employee engagement initiatives to improve organizational culture and performance.

β€’ Utilize change management theories and models to navigate complex organizational transformations.

β€’ Support organizational development, design, and HR planning strategies.

β€’ Drive transformation initiatives and encourage the adoption of new processes, technologies, AI capabilities, and digital HR solutions.

β€’ Utilize workforce analytics, business data, and personnel trends to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and practical solutions.

β€’ Implement and continually enhance HR processes, programs, policies, and process improvement solutions.

β€’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and key HR stakeholders to tackle complex people-related challenges.

β€’ Execute people-related compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to governance, ethics, and business standards.

β€’ Manage multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring quality, responsiveness, and a focus on business needs.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and over 7 years of applicable professional experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

β€’ At least 7 years of experience as an HRBP supporting business leaders.

β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience working within centralized HR teams.

β€’ Proven experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing leaders.

β€’ Experience in leading strategic initiatives and delivering HR solutions focused on business outcomes.

β€’ Strong critical thinking skills and business acumen.

β€’ Capability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.

β€’ Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
