This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Collaborate closely with leadership to comprehend business goals and convert them into effective people strategies and actionable solutions.
β’ Provide coaching and advice to leaders on matters related to employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.
β’ Manage intricate employee relations investigations and suggest suitable resolutions while balancing business goals, employee experience, and organizational risk.
β’ Facilitate challenging conversations and offer guidance that encourages accountability, consistency, and positive business results.
β’ Work alongside leaders to evaluate organizational challenges and deliver insights on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent assessment, succession planning, and other initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and business performance.
β’ Enhance managerial capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and practical advice that boosts leadership effectiveness and accountability.
β’ Assist in organizational change initiatives, including reviews of team structure, communication planning, and efforts to ensure readiness for change.
β’ Examine workforce data, trends, and metrics to uncover opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team performance.
β’ Team up with Talent Acquisition and Compensation to ensure that hiring, retention, workforce planning, and talent strategies align with business requirements and organizational priorities.
β’ Build robust partnerships with leaders across corporate and operational functions to guarantee alignment between people strategies and business objectives.
β’ Work together with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure cohesion across people programs, talent initiatives, and workforce strategies while upholding consistency in processes and employee experience.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
β’ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational priorities.
β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, HR best practices, and emerging employment practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Over 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with extensive exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
β’ Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders and influencing decisions at all organizational levels.
β’ Strong background in employee relations, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and coaching for managers.
β’ Experience in driving organizational change and assisting leaders in enhancing team effectiveness and performance.
β’ Familiarity with workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
β’ Working knowledge of employee benefits, leave practices, and other fundamental HR disciplines.
β’ Experience utilizing workforce data, reporting, and HR technology tools to facilitate informed decision-making and favorable business outcomes.
β’ In-depth understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
β’ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to balance strategic consultation with practical execution.
β’ Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
