Senior Manager, HR Technology – Workday Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical direction of Lennar's Workday integrations and the HR technology ecosystem.

• Act as a Workday subject matter expert in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR functionalities.

• Set integration standards, establish API best practices, and implement technical governance to facilitate scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to provide technology solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and the Associate experience.

• Supervise and manage the activities of up to 4 resources, including specific application support managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience; a secondary degree is preferred (e.g., master's, PhD).

• Over 7 years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in technical product management and 1 year leading product teams.

• Proven experience in driving product roadmaps, designing, and executing in alignment with overall leadership strategy.

• Capability to achieve results in a complex, matrixed environment, fostering alignment among multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration with executives and other stakeholders.

• Strong analytical abilities, leading research, analysis, and data insights to guide decisions.

• Application Certifications are advantageous.
