This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead comprehensive HR technology implementation projects, including upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
β’ Manage project plans, resources, budgets, risks, governance, and communication with stakeholders.
β’ Develop and implement the HR technology roadmap.
β’ Act as the product owner for HR systems, prioritizing enhancements, managing the backlog, and aligning technology investments with business and HR strategies.
β’ Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, compliance, release management, vendor management, and operational support.
β’ Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to discover opportunities, define requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement process improvements.
β’ Track KPIs, foster adoption, utilize workforce data and system metrics, and identify opportunities for process automation and enhancing user experience.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Adhere to all policies and standards.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Experience with UKG cloud.
β’ 7-9 years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 4-6 years of leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing teams.
β’ 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, System Owner, or Functional Lead for enterprise HR technology platforms.
β’ Proven success in leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation initiatives from planning to stabilization.
β’ Experience overseeing complex projects and programs, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, governance, timeline management, and executive communications.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic technology initiatives on schedule and within budget.
β’ Experience in developing and managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancement backlogs, and balancing strategic initiatives with operational support.
β’ Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, and Teams.
β’ Familiarity with HR business processes, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
β’ Working knowledge of system integration concepts, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
β’ Capability to design and create custom reports and dashboards.
