This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, evaluating resumes, conducting preliminary screenings, arranging interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, encompassing paperwork, account and equipment setup, scheduling orientations, terminating system access, and retrieving equipment.
• Keep employee records and HR databases current, including conducting periodic audits.
• Assist the HR Business Partner with HR administration, compliance tracking, leave management, reporting, and various special projects.
• Aid in the execution of HR-led initiatives, such as training programs and performance management cycles.
• Contribute to employee culture and engagement efforts, which include event planning, recognition logistics, and internal communications.
• Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR administration, or similar roles).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information (such as compensation, medical leave, performance, and terminations) with discretion.
• Access to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• Capability to work during EST, CST, MST, or PST hours.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A track record of building relationships and establishing trust.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility as processes and workflows evolve.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across various stakeholders without missing deadlines.
• Experience in clearly communicating HR information to new hires, employees, managers, and leadership.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Exposure to compliance-related HR tasks, including I-9s, leave tracking, and recordkeeping requirements.
