This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Developing, managing, and consistently enhancing the comprehensive HR organizational data model.
• Taking ownership of the governance surrounding the definition, structure, approval, and evolution of organizational data.
• Creating and upholding the global HR organizational data governance framework.
• Leading audits, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing remediation strategies.
• Collaborating with HR Analytics, Digital Technology (DT), and Enterprise Data teams to facilitate data lake integration.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR Technology, HR Data Management, or roles focused on Enterprise Data Governance.
• Proven track record in designing and governing organizational structures within global HR systems (such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors).
• Exceptional ability to balance business flexibility with robust data discipline in complex organizational settings.
• Experience in supporting reorganizations, workforce transformations, or changes to operating models.
• Opportunities, training, and resources that enhance leadership skills and capabilities in Sales, Field, Engineering, and Major Projects.
