This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Accountable for the automation and improvement of the HR service delivery model across various HR functions.
• Design and implement internal communication strategies that align with company-wide business objectives, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Supervise all phases of projects, including scope definition, milestone setting, resource distribution, and effective stakeholder management to ensure successful completion.
• Oversee internal communication channels (intranet, email, video, newsletters) to guarantee consistent messaging.
• Serve as a vital partner to business leaders, offering guidance on communication strategy and project updates.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and communication efficiency.
• Inspire, motivate, and mentor team members while promoting a collaborative environment.
• Over 10 years of experience in HR Operations or a related functional role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for content creation and organizational communication across all levels.
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while rapidly acquiring comprehensive organizational knowledge and managing multiple, time-sensitive workstreams.
• Demonstrates accountability, proactivity, and an ownership mindset; actively engages with the business to understand and drive results.
• Proven experience with project management tools and methodologies to ensure project completion.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling messages.
• Familiarity and comfort with data and reporting, utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude), Excel, navigating HRIS systems (Workday), and survey tools are preferred.
• Skilled in identifying potential project obstacles and formulating contingency plans.
• Experienced in navigating diverse perspectives across teams, levels, departments, and leaders, tailoring communications to meet the specific needs of each group.
• Experienced in interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters involving multiple functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
• Required to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, while maintaining relationships.
