Director, Global HR Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conceptualizing, implementing, and advancing HR service models through a phased, evidence-based approach that includes pilot programs to test, enhance, and validate service offerings for future scalability.

• Creating the initial pilot for property support, which involves onboarding a team and setting up a foundational performance framework.

• Assessing opportunities for additional pilot programs.

• Actively contributing to HR Evolution, including the transformation of the HR operating model.

• Spearheading other global initiatives, such as the Great Place to Work program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and a successful track record in leading multi-country or enterprise-level initiatives.

• Demonstrated expertise in establishing new functions, programs, or service models.

• Experience working in intricate, multi-site or multi-unit environments.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence, especially in contexts without direct authority.

• Experience in developing business cases and showcasing ROI for new initiatives.

• Ability to create metrics, SLAs, and performance tracking systems.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Background in hospitality or similarly structured, owner-operated settings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of HR systems, with a preference for Oracle.

• Familiarity with AI and HR-specific AI tools.
