This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services across the Washington, DC metropolitan area

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to synchronize human resources strategies with business goals

• Act as trusted advisors

• Uphold expertise in operational and tactical aspects of HR

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources

• A bachelor's degree and/or professional certification is mandatory

• Comprehensive and advanced generalist skills in various tactical and operational elements of Human Resources

• Exhibits strong written and oral communication abilities
