
Senior Manager, GTM Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Spearhead strategic and operational initiatives that influence our customer base and teams that interact with customers.
β’ Create and implement effective, measurable strategies that foster revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
β’ Oversee workstreams with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure we are delivering optimal solutions for key initiatives.
β’ Coordinate special projects across various functions and departments.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in strategy, finance, investment banking/private equity, or consulting.
β’ Proven expertise in recurring revenue business models is essential; experience with B2B software is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources; Excel proficiency is required.
β’ Extensive knowledge of finance or financial analytics, enabling the application of a financial perspective to all strategic decisions.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of collaborative teamwork.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
β’ An MBA or a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
