• Develop and document comprehensive end-to-end Go-to-Market workflows to pinpoint gaps and inefficiencies.
• Assess current processes utilized by the Go-to-Market teams.
• Create and implement standardized, scalable processes.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Sales regarding pricing strategies and deal structuring.
• Ensure adherence to policies and approval workflows for compliance purposes.
• Assess, implement, and optimize tools within the Revenue Operations technology stack.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Go-to-Market Operations.
• Proven hands-on experience in owning or managing a Deal Desk function.
• Strong knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS pricing models and revenue recognition principles.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
