This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the end-to-end GTM strategy analytics, covering everything from pre-sales pipeline and funnel performance to post-sales customer health and retention.
• Develop, lead, and expand a team of BI professionals by overseeing hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and career advancement.
• Create an operating model grounded in rigor and consistency.
• Establish clear, easily consumable frameworks and dashboards to set the analytical standard for performance measurement.
• Direct the analytics and visualization strategy for GTM health and value aimed at executive audiences, including L1/L4 metrics.
• Serve as the primary analytical thought partner for Sales, Success, Data Science, Systems, and GTM leadership.
• Represent the BI function in cross-functional strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Systems teams to ensure data integrity and structure.
• Manage the prioritization, quality control, and delivery of both recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or BI, including the development of decision-making and financial models.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in managing, developing, and nurturing a team of analytics or BI professionals.
• Proficient in SQL, Raplit, Tableau (or similar tools) at an expert level.
• Proven ability to convert complex datasets into insights suitable for executive review.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including talent acquisition, coaching, and retention.
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data rather than merely reporting it.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to distill complex data into straightforward narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills in the face of ambiguous challenges.
• Capacity to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skill in defining pertinent questions in uncertain scenarios.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to translate data into tangible business outcomes.
