This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Create and execute a holistic learning strategy that caters to both the internal sales team and the channel partner network, addressing skill gaps across direct selling, partner-led selling, and collaborative go-to-market approaches.
• Design, develop, and personally conduct training initiatives for internal sellers and channel partners, focusing on essential skills such as consultative selling, product positioning, partner business development, effective communication, storytelling, conflict resolution, and situational adaptability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Channel Partner Management to identify skill gaps within sales processes and establish learning priorities tailored to the unique context of each audience.
• Develop curriculum frameworks, learning pathways, and supplementary materials, including onboarding programs, certification tracks, and sales playbooks that combine virtual, self-paced, and instructor-led delivery methods for both internal and partner audiences.
• Assess program effectiveness through data and feedback to consistently enhance learning outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to sales and channel leaders, converting business needs into educational solutions and delivering them directly to achieve measurable performance improvements for both internal and partner-aligned sales teams.
• Lead and nurture a small team of enablement professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and workload management to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality programs.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain consistency and quality in content delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, emphasizing adult learning, sales enablement, or channel partner enablement; proven experience as a facilitator who both designs and delivers training.
• Established experience in designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that enhance sales capabilities or partner performance, with a successful track record of executing and delivering training sessions, not just creating content for others.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and best practices in facilitation; proficient in delivering instructor-led training to both internal sales teams and external partner communities in live, virtual, or hybrid formats.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and consultative skills; capable of influencing various levels within the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing or mentoring direct reports, with the capability to delegate effectively while remaining actively involved as a facilitator and program owner.
