Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Web – Mobile

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance Begin’s comprehensive acquisition and growth strategy across both web and mobile platforms.

• Direct the performance marketing operations aimed at driving effective subscriber growth for various product lines.

• Manage the acquisition strategy, experimentation, media investments, attribution, forecasting, and funnel optimization across key paid channels.

• Define strategies for customer acquisition and create a scalable growth framework.

• Develop and implement advanced experimentation frameworks that focus on creative strategy and audience segmentation.

• Create a scalable testing infrastructure along with best practices for growth channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition across both web and mobile platforms.

• Significant background in consumer subscription businesses, particularly those driven by trial models.

• Demonstrated success in scaling acquisition programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other growth channels.

• Strong knowledge in: Subscription economics, LTV modeling, funnel optimization, attribution and incrementality, and growth experimentation.

• Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets with responsibility for CAC, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin objectives.

• High level of analytical proficiency using GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, Excel/Sheets, and other relevant growth tools.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative teams.

• Previous experience in people management is highly preferred.
