• The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead REE Medical’s demand generation initiatives and oversee the daily lead volume that supports our business.
• This position is responsible for the performance aspect of marketing: including paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, conversion rate optimization, lead lifecycle management, and nurturing through HubSpot, as well as the cost-per-consultation metrics that quantify marketing’s impact on growth.
• You will direct the HubSpot strategy and roadmap, lead the development of lead-nurturing workflows to guide prospects from initial contact through consultation to conversion, manage external agency partnerships across paid, SEO, and influencer channels, collaborate with Sales on funnel performance, and lead the conversion rate recovery workstream, which is a top priority in our 2026 plan.

• Lead Reporting: Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead volume and quality, conversion rates, and CPC goals that gauge marketing’s return on investment.
• Lead Quality: Oversee the conversion rate recovery workstream, focusing on diagnostics, remediation, and continuous optimization throughout the marketing-to-sales funnel.
• Performance Marketing: Manage the performance of paid media agencies across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms, overseeing budgets, targeting, creative testing, channel mix, and establishing a weekly performance rhythm.
• SEO and AI Search Management: Lead the SEO agency, strategy, and roadmap (including content strategy, keyword prioritization, competitive keyword gap closure, and AI search rankings across current and emerging generative engines). Collaborate with internal web resources to ensure backend SEO and AI search readiness.
• Influencer Management: Supervise influencer marketing campaign performance, including partner vetting, creative briefings, measurement, and deliverables.
• Cross-Channel Management: Manage landing page strategies, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle emails, and funnel test design across both paid and organic traffic sources.
• Referral Program Management: Oversee and expand REE Medical’s customer referral program, including strategy, platform administration (Referral Rock), incentive structures, integrations with HubSpot and payment systems, and continuous optimization for participation and conversion rates.
• HubSpot Strategy: Control the HubSpot strategy and roadmap for marketing from end-to-end, including journeys, platform architecture, lead scoring models, MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, attribution plumbing, campaign structure, and integration requirements with other systems.
• Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Analyst on channel deep-dives, designing experiments, and diagnosing pipeline health.
• Reporting: Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports for the CMO and contribute to board-level marketing updates.
• Insights & Planning: Participate in annual planning, budget allocation, and the multi-year growth marketing roadmap; keep abreast of shifts and competitive activities that impact demand and channel performance.
• Leadership: Exemplify rigorous, ethical, and data-driven marketing practices; mentor team members as the marketing organization expands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Over 7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation with direct responsibility for paid media budgets and lead generation pipelines.
• A proven history of managing external agency relationships across paid media, SEO, or influencer marketing, with the ability to hold agencies accountable to performance metrics.
• HubSpot Experience: Proficient in Marketing Hub roadmap, workflow planning, lead scoring strategies, attribution, campaigns, and integration with adjacent systems.
• Demonstrated capability in designing and establishing lead-nurturing programs from the ground up, encompassing the full lifecycle from top-of-funnel education to customer-stage engagement, with measurable impacts on conversion, pipeline velocity, and retention.
• A marketing operator mindset that combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach; a self-starter who works with minimal supervision, takes full responsibility for outcomes, and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
• Strong analytical abilities with practical experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
• Proven experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing page strategies, and funnel analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort in building data-driven business cases.
