This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the growth strategy for each client.
• Conduct A/B testing on paywalls, onboarding processes, pricing, and placement utilizing Superwall.
• Be responsible for monitoring client metrics such as conversion rates, trial initiations, revenue per user, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Create and deliver performance reports that provide clear insights and actionable next steps.
• Facilitate client sessions, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and training teams on monetization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a product designer who manages the visual aspect of experiments.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in growing a subscription-based mobile application.
• Proven track record of owning or significantly influencing monetization metrics.
• Experience with Superwall or comparable paywall tools, with a practical understanding of paywall experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in analyzing conversion funnels, A/B test results, cohort data, and revenue metrics.
• Experience in designing and prioritizing experimental roadmaps.
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities.
• Ability to switch contexts comfortably between various applications and client requirements.
• AI-savvy: adept at employing AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and hypothesis formulation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Based in the EU or the US East Coast timezone.
• Fully remote position.
• Hands-on experience working with clients.
