Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.

• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, discuss strategies, and align on future actions.

• Provide bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.

• Cultivate trust and relationships that foster renewals and referrals.

• Create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment bookings.

• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

• Monitor daily performance and implement adjustments to meet cost-per-appointment goals.

• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.

• Craft ad copy and script video sales letters tailored for financial services audiences.

• Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with video editors for creative production.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency while ensuring quality.

• Establish tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

• Configure integrations with Calendly, set up Zapier automations, and manage lead routing.

• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and retaining clients.

• Excellent copywriting skills with the capability to craft persuasive ad copy and scripts.

• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and fundamental marketing automation.

• Preferred Experience: Background in the financial services sector, knowledge of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns, familiarity with video sales letter marketing techniques, and experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels.
