This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and oversee SARAL's content strategy along with the editorial calendar.
• Work in collaboration with writers, SEO experts, and internal teams to produce top-notch content.
• Develop and implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic partnerships.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter partnerships.
• Enhance website conversion rates through ongoing CRO experiments.
• Streamline lead qualification processes, scoring, and funnel effectiveness.
• Initiate, assess, and refine growth experiments across various acquisition channels.
• Monitor growth metrics, spot opportunities, and suggest enhancements.
• Manage projects from conception through execution, ensuring accountability for business results.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Currently employed at a SaaS organization.
• Proven experience managing a marketing channel, campaign, or function from start to finish.
• Significant experience in handling a content calendar.
• Practical experience in partnership outreach and relationship management.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Capability to create and enhance marketing content independently, without reliance on AI.
• Familiarity with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels.
• Proficient in using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a mindset geared towards experimentation.
• Self-motivated, highly responsible, and adept at functioning in a fast-paced remote setting.
