This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take full responsibility for all paid media initiatives and enhance their primary acquisition funnels.
• Establish the strategy, create campaigns, oversee budgets, and enhance overall performance.
• Optimize three key growth sectors: Marketplace, Education, and B2B Inbound.
• Manage the entire process from the first click to a qualified lead or signup.
• Track expenditure, ROAS, payback periods, and campaign vitality; make decisions on scaling or pausing initiatives.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, analyze funnels on a monthly basis, and reassess channel strategies quarterly.
• Maintain transparency in performance through dashboards, structured experimentation, and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rates, or Cost per SQL.
• Successfully handled significant paid acquisition budgets that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, spreadsheets, and funnel analysis.
• Knowledgeable in attribution, experimentation, landing page optimization, and conversion rate enhancement.
• Approach challenges with an ownership mindset rather than a channel manager perspective.
• Act swiftly, prioritize effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
