This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the First Impressions experience: Lead the strategy and implementation across acquisition touchpoints—landing pages, sign-up processes, and checkout—monitoring performance and refining based on data and hypotheses.
• Design for conversion: Develop and enhance user journeys utilizing A/B testing and multivariate testing to boost conversion rates on both mobile and desktop platforms.
• Analyze friction and ease: Continuously assess where friction can be reduced or introduced in the user flow to optimize intent-to-action rates.
• Drive the promotions experience: Establish the short- and long-term strategy for how promotions are presented, communicated, and redeemed throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside Data, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Branding teams—from drafting project briefs to advocating for resources and aligning on testing strategies.
• Leverage data and user insights: Utilize quantitative and qualitative tools to comprehend user behavior, discover opportunities, and guide design decisions that minimize churn and enhance lifetime value.
• Utilize AI to scale design: Implement AI-assisted workflows—from rapid prototyping to creating and testing creative variations—to accelerate processes and experiment at scale.
• Stay current: Keep abreast of UX/UI, CRO, and performance marketing trends to ensure our experiences remain competitive and progressive.
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, focusing on growth, acquisition, or conversion optimization.
• Proven history of designing high-conversion user journeys, preferably within subscription or e-commerce sectors.
• Practical experience with A/B testing, user testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SiteSpect).
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., generative prototyping, Claude, v0).
• In-depth understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
• Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams across growth marketing, product development, and engineering.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage.
