This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of the demand generation strategy at Twosense, overseeing how we attract, engage, and convert our target audience through various channels including paid, outbound, community, and field initiatives.
• You will report directly to the founder/CEO and work alongside a small, high-impact business development team that includes content marketing and sales.
• This role requires a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for building sequences, refining ad creative, managing event booths, and analyzing conversion metrics.
• You will collaborate with the sales team, who will handle qualified leads from the discovery phase onward, allowing you to focus on building and optimizing the top of the funnel.
• We are looking for someone who is willing to experiment and iterate rather than simply executing a playbook from previous roles.
• GenAI is essential here; it will be a fundamental component of how you create copy, enhance data, and achieve results more efficiently than a team of your size typically would.
• You will track and report on the metrics under your purview, including MQLs generated, sequence reply and engagement rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contributions by channel.
• 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B startup, typically in roles such as Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or GTM Engineer. You have hands-on experience and have worn multiple hats in your previous positions.
• Proven experience in running paid advertising campaigns, including budget management, creative testing, and pipeline optimization, not just click metrics.
• Experience in building or managing outbound sequences on any major platform, with a solid understanding of cadence, messaging, and follow-up processes.
• High proficiency with GenAI tools for content creation and workflow automation; you utilize AI daily and know how to derive quality outputs from it.
• Comfortable working with data; you can generate your own reports, identify trends, and iterate based on the insights provided by the metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills; you are adept at crafting messaging, not merely writing.
• Willingness to travel for industry events.
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in the cybersecurity, identity, or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with tools such as HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, or HubSpot.
• Specific experience with LinkedIn Ads.
• Background in community building.
• Any coding skills, including scripting, basic web development, or automation capabilities.
