This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage inbound demand generation — oversee the entire funnel from awareness to demo requests across various channels.
• Drive paid acquisition efforts — develop and refine Google Ads and paid social media campaigns with a focus on clear ROI accountability.
• Content and social media management — produce and disseminate content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other pertinent platforms; create or direct short-form video, audio, and visual assets.
• Email and SMS campaigns — implement lead magnet and nurture campaigns utilizing the current database and industry connections.
• SEO and AI search optimization — enhance for both traditional search methods and new AI-driven discovery tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Industry partnerships — oversee and grow existing relationships with trade influencers and industry networks; cultivate new channel partnerships.
• Events and sponsorships — manage the organization’s presence at trade events, webinars, and podcast sponsorships.
• Product-led growth strategy — collaborate with the Head of Product to integrate marketing loops within the product itself.
• Attribution and reporting — monitor, analyze, and quickly reallocate budget when certain strategies are underperforming.
• AI-driven systems — create automated marketing workflows that evolve over time rather than relying on one-off campaigns that require complete redevelopment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role at a B2B growth-stage firm or early-stage startup.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth — specifics will be requested.
• Practical experience managing paid acquisition (Google Ads and/or paid social) with budget responsibility.
• Strong expertise in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Data-driven approach — capable of building dashboards, interpreting attribution data, and making swift budget decisions.
• Regular user of AI tools — utilizing them not only for copy but also for workflows, automation, and efficiency.
• Willingness to travel to the USA occasionally; a U.S. visa is necessary.
