This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for each of our practices in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• You will co-create the onboarding plan for new practices and define the ongoing roadmap for established accounts.
• This encompasses channel strategy, budget distribution, growth objectives, and the prioritization of initiatives.
• You will create playbooks for PPC, SEO, and email, establish KPIs, and ensure the team meets these targets.
• You will oversee client relationships at a senior level.
• You will conduct strategic reviews, present outcomes, and manage escalations.
• You will lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels.
• You will mentor your team, elevate the quality of work, conduct reviews, and advocate for hiring as our business expands.
• You will define what excellence looks like at both the account and agency levels, including metrics such as CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, and retention. You will be responsible for the narrative behind these metrics.
• No deliverable will be released under your name that you wouldn't confidently defend in a practice meeting.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably with a blend of agency and in-house experience.
• Background in healthcare wellness, beauty, or adjacent aesthetic industries.
• Direct, practical experience across all three channels. You have personally developed campaigns, drafted briefs, troubleshot tracking issues, and launched email programs that generated revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. You have configured conversions, troubleshot attribution issues, and made data-driven bid strategy decisions.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management. You provide constructive feedback, shield your team from turnover, and possess the skills to coach and develop talent.
• You can engage effectively with a Head of Marketing and a surgeon, articulate the plan, and translate it into actionable steps for your team.
• You can communicate clearly with a surgeon, discussing what is effective and what is not in straightforward language, and achieve consensus on the next steps.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this position; candidates must submit a short video introduction showcasing their communication style as part of the application process — submissions without a video will not be reviewed.
• Preferred: Understanding of HIPAA-related advertising regulations and the editorial sensitivity needed for aesthetic and surgical content.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with global teams and clients.
