
Senior Manager, Global Partner Marketing Campaigns – Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing campaigns from start to finish, aligning corporate demand-generation objectives with channel-specific, co-branded initiatives.
• Provide partners with essential messaging, resources, and strategies to cultivate a qualified pipeline.
• Establish and oversee the global partner marketing program strategy, which includes ongoing and campaign-in-a-box approaches across various regions.
• Manage the TCMA platform, directing implementation, content distribution, partner onboarding, and daily administrative tasks.
• Enhance the TCMA experience to boost partner adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with regional channel teams, field marketing, sales, and external partners to achieve goals and ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Evaluate performance against pipeline and ROI objectives, and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in partner, channel, or field marketing within B2B technology, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.
• Hands-on experience managing through-partner demand-generation campaigns.
• Capability to independently lead intricate, global partner marketing campaigns and programs from strategy formulation to execution and optimization.
• Familiarity with implementing or managing a TCMA or through-channel marketing automation platform, such as Unifyr, StructuredWeb, Impartner, or ZINFI.
• Practical knowledge in content syndication, partner onboarding, and marketing technology platform oversight.
• Strong grasp of global partner programs and campaign execution across diverse regions and partner categories.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed, global organization.
• Robust data and analytics skills, including the ability to link marketing activities to pipeline and ROI outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
