Senior Manager, Fraud & Loss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and mentor a Fraud & Loss team, which includes a Fraud & Loss Specialist.

• Establish OKRs, SOPs, and metrics for operational performance.

• Develop enterprise-level programs for managing loss and fraud.

• Create frameworks for retail partners that include contractual obligations.

• Implement reporting processes to identify and respond to emerging risks.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to convert data into automated product improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of company-wide initiatives for loss and fraud prevention.

• Act as the primary escalation point and policy owner for complex or high-value risk situations.

• Provide presentations on loss trends, system vulnerabilities, and financial impact analyses to leadership and enterprise retail partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in fraud, loss prevention, and/or operational risk.

• More than 2 years of direct management experience in building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing risk or operations teams.

• Outstanding analytical capabilities.

• Proficient at synthesizing raw data, complex transaction logs, and datasets from external partners into effective strategies.

• Preferred experience with advanced SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

• Proven success in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate risk insights into product specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
