Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative sourcing methods.

• Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Perform initial candidate screenings via Zoom after alignment with the hiring team.

• Assist senior recruiters with daily recruiting activities and administrative processes.

• Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the ATS throughout the recruitment process.

• Engage with candidates professionally to ensure a positive experience at every interaction.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (whether in-house, agency, or RPO).

• Demonstrated sourcing expertise across diverse platforms and channels, particularly LinkedIn.

• Experience in coordinating interviews among multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in conducting candidate screenings via Zoom or other video conferencing tools.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance recruiting processes.

• Self-motivated individual able to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.
