Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the regional forecasting process, ensuring the timely completion of month-end close deliverables while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

• Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles, which include AOP, LRP, investment planning, monthly operating reviews, monthly forecast assessments, and balance sheet evaluations.

• Manage and interpret extensive data from multiple sources to support various requests.

• Address frequent ad hoc inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with the FP&A team, regional finance leaders, and functional finance heads.

• Present financial outcomes to different management tiers.

• Facilitate high-profile monthly and quarterly reviews alongside LADS, regional program areas, and functional leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR an advanced degree in a related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency with APEX, RPlan, or comparable toolsets.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in delivering financial presentations to various management levels.

• Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only U.S. citizens can access information under the program/contract.
