Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage the regional forecasting process, which includes month-end close deliverables.

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual finance activities.

• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), investment planning, monthly operational reviews, monthly forecast assessments, and balance sheet evaluations.

• Handle and analyze substantial data sets from diverse sources.

• Respond to various requests and frequent ad-hoc inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with the team, as well as regional and functional finance leaders.

• Present financial information to different levels of management.

• Provide support for Global Patriot within the Land and Air Defense Mission Area.

• Engage in monthly and quarterly reviews with LADS leadership and regional program area and functional leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR an advanced degree in a related area with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in APEX, RPlan, or a comparable toolset.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in presenting financial information to various levels of management.

• Financial Planning & Analysis experience is preferred.

• Capability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload demands is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and management levels is preferred.

• Experience with large, complex programs is preferred.

• High attention to detail and the ability to analyze intricate financial scenarios is preferred.

• Experience interacting with various functional disciplines is preferred.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Candidates must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
