Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Design and execute impactful executive communications, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

• Convert financial performance, trends, and strategic initiatives into clear narratives and visual representations suitable for executives.

• Prepare detailed management reporting packages that integrate financial and operational metrics.

• Develop presentation materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and strategic planning discussions.

• Create executive dashboards and scorecards that deliver actionable insights for C-suite decision-making.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting packages.

• Integrate financial and operational data from various sources into cohesive executive summaries, offering strategic recommendations based on insights to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on matters related to financial communication and reporting.

• Work closely with accounting and finance leadership to ensure coherent messaging and prioritization.

• Establish best practices for executive reporting and presentation standards throughout the organization.

• Assume additional leadership responsibilities as you gain a deeper understanding of the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A, including 2+ years in executive communications, presentations, or a similar role.

• Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and data visualization utilizing business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives.

• Proven track record in roles that require structured problem-solving and communication at the executive level; many successful candidates have backgrounds in consulting or advisory services.
