This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee comprehensive development across the financial systems landscape, encompassing solution architecture, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Establish enterprise architecture and a technical roadmap for global ERP and EPM platforms.
• Facilitate cloud transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Design, construct, and implement scalable integrations for complex, high-volume financial and operational data.
• Collaborate with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and create a Financial Systems roadmap.
• Work alongside Product Management, Engineering, and Accounting throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and promote effective technical solutions and operational processes.
• Manage team operations and system availability, which includes monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing, and alerting.
• Set up code review and design standards while fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Develop talent through constructive feedback, guidance, growth opportunities, and leading by example.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar solutions.
• Experience in developing ERP/EPM integrations that support consolidation, close, intercompany accounting, allocations, planning, forecasting, management reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, NetSuite SuiteTalk and SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, SFTP, and event-based integration patterns.
• Strong comprehension of Accounting and Finance processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and financial planning.
• Experience leading technical design for data models, transformation logic, business rules, calculation engines, reconciliation controls, exception handling, audit trails, and data-quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of API management, authentication and authorization, OAuth 2.0, encryption, scheduling, monitoring, logging, error handling, retries, and disaster recovery.
• Awareness of governance, security, auditability, data integrity, and internal control requirements within regulated and publicly traded environments.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools, including version control, environment management, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Capability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cultivate partnerships across business functions.
