Senior Manager, Field Solution Architects

• Lead a high-performing team of technical specialists who collaborate closely with Sales, Systems Engineering, Product, and customers.

• Responsible for cultivating and nurturing a strong team culture focused on coaching, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-first execution.

• Assist your team in translating intricate customer challenges into innovative solutions.

• Enhance field enablement and provide clarity and leadership for high-value technical opportunities throughout the organization.

• Drive operational excellence and foster a team environment that supports the creation and validation of technical demand.

• Gather requirements and convert customers' business needs into innovative solutions.

• Stay attuned to market trends and the competitive landscape to promote thought leadership within our organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of management experience leading high-performing specialists or sales engineers in Enterprise Accounts.

• Over 10 years of experience supporting the sales of storage, networking, or systems solutions to a mix of large accounts and data centers.

• In-depth understanding of the architecture, design, and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.

• Previous experience in developing team strategies to acquire new prospects and convert them into clients.

• Awareness of the business impact of current and emerging storage architectures.

• Strong understanding of digital transformation related to Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, databases, local area networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking.

• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other technical disciplines and/or equivalent experience.
