This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead a skilled team providing outstanding service support for advanced scientific equipment and systems.
• Oversee field service operations to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
• Formulate and execute service strategies while managing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside commercial teams to uncover new business opportunities.
• Advanced Degree with 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in technical service operations or a related field.
• Additional technical certifications are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of proven management experience leading field service teams.
• Experience overseeing multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing service strategies to promote growth and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or PPI.
• Preferred knowledge of scientific instrumentation, laboratory settings, or regulated industries.
• A valid driver’s license and passport are mandatory.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
