Senior Manager, Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of extensive field programs spanning multiple countries.

• Responsible for the scope, timelines, budget, and quality of data.

• Supervise project initiation, resource allocation, training, monitoring, and final data submission through Country Field Managers.

• Ensure high-quality delivery across Field Operations.

• Directly oversee and develop Country Field Managers.

• Act as the primary Field Operations contact for assigned projects.

• Facilitate alignment on methodologies and handle escalations.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in field operations, data collection, or large-scale service delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.

• Proven track record of successfully executing high-volume data collection programs.

• Demonstrated experience in building networks of agents/enumerators exceeding 5,000 individuals.

• Proficient in designing quality assurance frameworks.

• Experience in managing budgets.

• Remarkable work ethic and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record; advanced degree is advantageous.

• Fluency in French is a plus.
