Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Morning Consult’s yearly events calendar.

• Create a strategy for Morning Consult’s presence at various events.

• Establish a framework for making decisions regarding event investments.

• Keep abreast of the industry calendar across essential sectors.

• Manage all logistics for Morning Consult’s event activations from start to finish.

• Handle multiple events at the same time with accuracy.

• Organize pre-event sales initiatives and executive briefings.

• Develop frameworks for follow-up activities after events.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key vendors.

• Manage reporting on event ROI.

• Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing on strategic initiatives.

• Work together with Communications and Content teams.

• Assist in programs aimed at enhancing executive visibility.

• Act as the main marketing partner for Sales and BDR teams.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations for tracking leads.

• Coordinate closely with the Communications team on event-related PR efforts.

• Partner with the marketing team on content related to events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated B2B marketing.

• Proven history of managing events from conception to execution.

• Demonstrated capability to link event investments to business outcomes.

• Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in close collaboration with sales teams.

• Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Practical experience with at least one event management platform such as Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent, or a similar tool.
