This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of innovative and intricate corporate events, such as general sessions, product launches, and multi-day conferences.
• Manage production plans from start to finish, which includes scope, timeline, budget, creative deliverables, and cue-by-cue run of show.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives are aligned with client goals.
• Foster innovation through practical event solutions while managing budgets, timelines, pitches, and site visits.
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders, including executives from Fortune 1000 companies.
• Facilitate information flow and guide clients throughout their event experience.
• Source and oversee expert vendors while ensuring that creative deliverables adhere to brand standards.
• Manage event budgets in the multi-million dollar range.
• Develop technical runs of show, coordinate speaker rehearsals, and address logistical challenges.
• Act as the primary onsite contact and decision-maker.
• Lead coordination of crews, technical rehearsals, and provide executive coaching for presenters.
• Acquire knowledge of company services, event offerings, customer-service practices, and core tools.
• Cultivate client and internal relationships to bolster client retention.
• Design client processes and pinpoint opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
• Support or lead large-scale events or series of events, including the development of run-of-show and rehearsals.
• Manage accounts independently and take ownership of onsite production for general sessions.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and contingency planning abilities.
• Complete a project aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the event industry, with 3 to 5 years focused on producing large-scale corporate conferences and high-profile programs.
• Proven track record in developing cue-by-cue technical runs of show and leading rehearsals, stage management, and onsite execution.
• Strong capability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build trusted partnerships with Fortune 1000 executives, client teams, and vendors.
• Experience in scoping and tracking billable hours, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, and managing substantial event budgets transparently.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations, establish clear processes, and remain composed under pressure.
• Detail-oriented multitasking skills, accountability to deadlines, and the capacity to manage multiple overlapping projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated kindness, commitment, and humility in professional interactions.
• Experience in show-calling is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into events, conceptualizing entertainment, planning agendas and sessions, and designing interactive attendee engagement is a bonus.
• Background in scripting and directing speechwriters, graphic designers, video editors, and other creatively technical roles is advantageous.
