This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of the strategy, planning, and implementation of Bullhorn's sales, customer, and executive engagement initiatives, such as Revenue Kickoff (RKO), Achievers, Amplify Forums, and various other prominent events.
• Act as the strategic leader for designated programs, shaping event goals, attendee experiences, content strategies, engagement models, and overall program execution.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to ensure event programs align with company priorities and business aims.
• Oversee cross-functional planning and execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Handle project management, logistics, registration, communications, executive support, vendors, agencies, venues, transportation, gifting, and onsite execution.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Anticipate risks, address challenges, and make decisions in fast-paced environments with visibility at the executive level.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners to guarantee high-quality execution, adherence to budgets, and outstanding attendee experiences.
• Evaluate program success against established goals and KPIs, and provide post-event insights along with continuous improvement strategies.
• Foster innovation, operational efficiencies, scalable processes, and best practices to enhance event effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead and own a strategic workstream within Bullhorn's flagship Engage event series.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the advancement of Bullhorn's global event portfolio.
• Over 8 years of experience in event management, including responsibility for large-scale corporate, sales, customer, executive, or incentive events.
• Proven track record of leading highly visible, complex event programs with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to link event execution to broader business objectives and outcomes.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a history of overseeing multiple high-impact initiatives at once.
• Demonstrable ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels, including senior executives and sales leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing substantial event budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Cvent, covering registration builds, attendee management, communications, reporting, onsite solutions, and integrating event technology into scalable operations.
• Experience utilizing event technology platforms, registration systems, mobile apps, and reporting tools to enhance attendee experiences and operational efficiency.
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment, navigate uncertainty, and lead through transitions.
• Willingness to travel for events across North America, with occasional trips to the UK/EMEA.
