This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Calculate and manage the budget for both offline and online events, including co-marketing collaborations with partners and external events.
• Oversee the coordination of tasks related to content, UX design, design, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop plans, processes, briefings, POC, and other necessary documents for event approval, coordination, and execution.
• Identify and manage communications with vendors, venues, technology providers, and event service suppliers.
• Facilitate Creatio community engagement, encompassing event sponsorships, customer travel support, and community invitations.
• Organize and execute online event preparations and delivery, which includes landing page creation, software selection, and broadcast execution.
• Perform event support tasks for communication platforms and channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Vimeo.
• Assist the company’s involvement in external events and co-marketing activities with partners.
• Manage events within CRM systems, covering event execution, audience management, and analytics.
• Gather and prepare post-event analysis, which includes budget reports and audience analytics.
• Generate creative ideas and coordinate the procurement of branded merchandise, printing, and SWAG for Creatio offices and events globally.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions and external partnerships to develop brand promotion strategies, events, and special projects.
• Provide expert assistance for event-related tasks across various company projects and departments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in global markets.
• Understanding of the event services market and event management methodologies applicable to global markets.
• Proficiency in negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Ability to devise innovative solutions for event execution.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to explore and understand the IT sector.
• Proven experience in attracting target audiences to events is advantageous.
• Experience in organizing IT events is a plus.
