This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Supervise the expansion of the Southeast region and lead a team of Customer Account Leads and Operations Specialists.
• Direct the market planning activities of the Field Sales team.
• Provide guidance to a team of professionals in business development.
• Identify, strategize, sell, implement initiatives, and cultivate relationships with clients.
• Establish objectives for the workgroup.
• Formulate strategic and operational plans for the workgroup.
• Evaluate sales projections and create forecasts.
• Enhance long-term account value by fostering executive-level relationships.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Foodservice sales is mandatory.
• At least 7 years of experience in outside sales or sales management is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing personnel is necessary.
• At least 5 years of experience in negotiating complex sales agreements or contracts is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing national programs is essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel extensively is required.
