This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive field marketing strategy that encompasses tradeshows, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, partner events, customer events, and CaptivateIQ-hosted experiences.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Sales to create integrated event campaigns that enhance engagement before, during, and after each event.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to pinpoint priority accounts, territories, and event investments that foster meetings, opportunities, and pipeline growth.
• Assess sponsorships, conferences, and field marketing investments based on their business impact, alignment with target audiences, anticipated pipeline contribution, and return on investment (ROI).
• Craft unforgettable in-person and virtual experiences that enhance brand recognition while delivering measurable business results.
• Establish success metrics and project event performance across registrations, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence.
• Implement repeatable operating processes for pre-event planning, onsite execution, post-event follow-up, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales to ensure prompt follow-up, conversion of meetings, and progression of opportunities after each event.
• Analyze event performance and relay business results, insights, recommendations, and future investment strategies to executive leadership.
• Take ownership of the annual event budget, continually optimizing investments based on performance data and business outcomes.
• Assist in executive engagement strategies, including speaking opportunities, customer meetings, executive dinners, and interactions with strategic accounts.
• Develop scalable processes that enhance planning, cross-functional collaboration, execution, and measurement across the events program.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or integrated demand generation.
• Demonstrated success in creating field marketing programs that yield measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Experience in planning and executing conferences, executive events, webinars, customer events, and virtual experiences from concept to execution.
• Strong comprehension of demand generation and the role of events in integrated marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record of working closely with Sales and Business Development to drive meetings, pipeline, and account engagement.
• Established ability to forecast, measure, and communicate event performance through pipeline, opportunity, and ROI metrics.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities with a knack for influencing stakeholders across Marketing and Sales.
• Strong executive presence with experience in presenting recommendations and business results to senior leadership.
• Highly analytical, capable of making investment decisions grounded in data and business outcomes.
• Experience in managing substantial event budgets and optimizing investments based on performance.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
